This policy explains what information the mobile game Puck Clash ("the Game") collects, why, and what choices you have. Puck Clash is published by BigInt ("we", "us").
| Data | Why | Who processes it |
|---|---|---|
| Anonymous user identifier (randomly generated at first launch; not linked to your identity) | To back up and restore your progress | Google Firebase Authentication |
| Game progress: best score, levels completed, stars, coin balance, and which board themes and purchases you own | To back up your progress and restore it on a new device | Google Cloud Firestore |
| Advertising ID and coarse device/technical data (device model, OS version, language, approximate region derived from IP) | To display ads, limit repeated ads, and measure ad performance | Google AdMob |
| Purchase records (which in-app product was bought, and its status) | To deliver purchases and restore them on a new device | Apple App Store · Google Play Billing |
| Settings such as sound volume and the board theme you have equipped | To remember your settings | Stored locally on your device only |
Puck Clash shows banner ads, occasional full-screen ads between levels, and optional rewarded video ads that you choose to watch in exchange for in-game bonuses. Ads are served by Google AdMob, which may use your device's advertising identifier to personalise ads.
On iOS, the Game asks for your permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt before the advertising identifier is used, and in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland a consent form from Google's User Messaging Platform appears first. You can decline either and still play the whole game.
You can reset or limit your advertising identifier at any time in your device settings (Settings → Google → Ads on Android, or Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking on iOS). Buying Remove Ads in the Game removes banner and between-level ads permanently; rewarded videos remain available because they are entirely optional and are how you earn bonuses.
AdMob's practices are described in Google's Advertising Privacy Policy.
Puck Clash is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone beyond the service providers listed above, who process it on our behalf. Progress records are kept for as long as the profile remains in use; delete-requests are honoured as described below.
Data in transit is protected with industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS). Progress is stored in Google Cloud Firestore under access rules that allow each anonymous ID to read and write only its own record.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new "last updated" date.
